Youth Ministry Seminar Series at Kingdom Bound
Free to Lead. Dream. Overcome.
July 21—24, 2016
From July 21-24, the Heart of the Artist Pavilion at the Kingdom Bound Festival in Darien, N.Y. will again be home base for the Northeastern Seminary Youth Ministry Seminar Series.
This year’s talks are themed “Free to Lead. Dream. Overcome.” and will address how pastors and lay leaders can prepare themselves and guide teens and young adults who struggle with insecurity and hopelessness. Sessions investigate essential elements for strong leadership that creates space for teens to dialog and break free from these confines and explore God’s purpose for their lives. The 2016 Youth Ministry Seminar Series speakers are Dave Hertweck (MATL ’15) the district youth director of the NY Assemblies of God, Krystena Nightingale (M.Div. MSW ’15) the executive director of Culture of Freedom, and Jay Trainer (MAT ’04) founder and coach of Infuzion®.
This seminar series is held daily at 12 noon and 1:30 p.m. followed by the Heart of the Artist interviews in the late afternoon. These sessions connect music fans with their favorite Christian artists from the Kingdom Bound line-up. Get more information on the Youth Ministry Seminar Series here.
