Database Management Systems [Lecture] (3.0)
This course provides a study of the theory and implementation of database systems. The course will focus primarily on the design and implementation of a relational database. Additional topics may include the advantages and disadvantages of various storage devices, database administration, database security, and data integrity. Students are required to design and implement database applications.
Prerequisite: CSC 245.
