Events & Conference Hours

The Events & Conference Office handles renting Roberts facilities for any event, like conferences, parties, and more. 

  • 9-5 p.m.
  • Monday-Fridays

Box Office Hours

The Box Office handles selling tickets for shows, concerts, etc.

  • 10-3 p.m.
  • Monday - Thursday (academic year)

The ticket window opens one hour prior to each event for sales and ticket pick-up.

Box Office Policies

If a performance is canceled, you will receive a refund.

If the performance is rescheduled, new tickets will be issued. If the new performance date doesn’t work for you, you can request a refund.

Yes. However, we find that children under five generally aren't interested in our Performing Arts Series. There are other campus events better suited for younger children. Contact our Box Office for more details.

Refunds are typically not allowed.

However, in extenuating circumstances, you can request a refund before the day of the show. Tickets must be in the possession of the Box Office before a refund can be processed. If tickets have already been distributed, you must bring them to the Box Office for a refund. A $3.00 fee per ticket applies.

Auditorium doors open 30 minutes before performance time. Latecomers will be held during seating breaks and seated at the discretion of the House Manager and artist.
