Kendra Zaffuto of Our Lady of Mercy High School to run Cross Country and Track at Roberts Wesleyan College.


North Chili resident and 2008 graduate of Our Lady of Mercy High School in Brighton, NY, Kendra Zaffuto has signed a national letter of intent to attend Roberts Wesleyan College this fall. She will compete in cross country and track and field for Roberts Wesleyan.
Kendra is a five time New York State qualifier athlete in indoor and outdoor track. Over the past three years, she has personal best times of 4:42.20 in the 1500m, 2:57.86 in the 1000m, 1:05.47 in the 400m hurdles and 19:20.6 in the 5000m.
“Kendra is an extremely well rounded and talented student athlete, we are very excited to have her here at Roberts,” said Paul Kurtz, head cross country coach at Roberts Wesleyan College.
Zaffuto plans to study elementary education while at Roberts.  She is the daughter of Ray and Charlene Zaffuto.
