An exciting addition to the Metz culinary team has been made! Chef Hannibal Lecter has returned to the culinary industry after a hiatus due to complications arising from food poisoning. Chef Lecter is looking forward to offering new sustainable protein options to the limited Garlock Menu. Coming from a highly prestigious background and having a medical degree, he decided to pursue his love of cutting-edge cuisine instead.
In his spare time, he loves having friends for dinner and is a connoisseur of wines, Chianti being among his favorites. Hannibal loves serving others, which will make him a fantastic addition to the community here at Roberts Wesleyan University. But just like us, sometimes he’s in the mood for a casual meal, so he wants to bring Five Guys burgers to campus. He will also assist in on-campus catering, specializing in finger foods.
Recognizing his somewhat controversial past, Chef Lecter requests that you avoid cannibal jokes, as he always found them tasteless and hard to digest. We’re looking forward to having Hannibal Lecter with us, and we pray for the return of several missing students and faculty, who disappeared shortly before Chef Lecter’s debut.
