As you may know, Metz employee Meg Bacon is a very dedicated and joyful presence on our campus. When you walk into Garlock, Meg’s smile lights up the room and is often paired with a “good morning,” “good afternoon,” or “hi,” making your day. Meg is just the greatest because she leaves everyone in a good mood and helps students feel like they’re at home.
What’s even better is that she is always up for a conversation. Simply talking with Meg is a step towards having a great day. She is always so nice and does a great job with encouraging us as students, because she knows how difficult college is. Sometimes you may even get some words of encouragement from her.
Personally, I received a prayer from Meg recently, and my life is unfolding in more ways than I could have imagined. Through praying over students, giving hugs, and participating in school events, Meg has definitely earned the respect of everyone here on campus, making her the MVP. The whole Metz team at Garlock is a joyful crew, undoubtedly showing the Roberts Wesleyan spirit.
