Ethics and Business Research Methods

This course enhances graduate learners' ability to identify and address ethical challenges in the workplace, providing decision-making frameworks to resolve dilemmas and encouraging moral courage to lead ethically. It also prepares learners to be proficient in research methodologies relevant to their profession, supporting their work on the Strategic Audit capstone project. Key topics include stakeholder analysis, research approaches (quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods), literature review, data collection, analysis, interpretation, and ethical decision-making. Special emphasis is placed on developing skills in stakeholder communication and applying ethical frameworks in strategic contexts.
