Rentals are typically scheduled in hourly blocks, starting with a minimum of four hours.

The Simulation Lab’s availability is subject to the academic needs of the university. By completing an inquiry form, we can determine the best days and times to accommodate your needs.

Cancellations and rescheduling must be arranged in advance. Fees may apply.

External equipment is allowed with prior approval, and photography or videography is permitted with prior authorization. 

If participants consent, photos and videos may be taken by Roberts for marketing purposes.
