Kelly Nield

Kelly joined the Undergraduate Business team in 2013. She is a graduate of the SUNY College at Buffalo with a B.S. in Business Management and Nazareth College where she earned her M.S. Ed in Business and Marketing Education. Kelly is a current member of SHRM - Society for Human Resources Management and brings over 20+ years of Human Resources experience working in a variety of industries including corporate, manufacturing, healthcare, and finance during her successful career as a Sr. HR Consultant. She currently works FT as Director of Human Resources and Training with a local credit union overseeing the HR function for over 12 branches throughout the East and West Coast.
In addition to her adjunct role with Roberts Wesleyan, Kelly also teaches business courses with other area colleges.
She currently lives in Penfield were she was born and raised and has a son currently studying communications in college. She also has a beloved Golden Retriever “Chase” and enjoys outdoors and adventure including walks, hiking, nature, travel and photography.
