Roberts’ Post-Master’s Certificate in Nursing Education helps you, a working nurse with your master's degree, gain teaching expertise. This online, asynchronous certificate will develop your expertise through practice teaching in your area of choice.
As part of our customized pathways, a Program Director will conduct a Gap Analysis to identify the specific graduate nursing courses (typically about 4) you need for this certificate.

Admission Requirements
- M.S. degree with a nursing major from an accredited program*
- Unencumbered licensure to practice as a professional Registered Nurse (RN) in New York State
- Cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 on a scale of 4.0
- Successful completion (B minus or higher) of a statistics course
- The equivalent of one year of full-time employment as a professional RN
- Current employment as an RN
- Demonstrated proficiency in written communication
- Review and sign the technical standards
