Courtney Fantauzzo
Director of the Learning Center
Courtney loves to help students succeed in college. She has been teaching and providing academic support for 15 years. She has her master's degree in chemistry from the University of Rochester, a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Roberts Wesleyan, and is currently finishing up an EdD in curriculum and instruction at Liberty University.
Courtney lives in Penfield with her husband, 2 children, and her adorable dachshund. She attends Living Word Assembly of God where she serves on the worship team.
Rhonda Lanni
Director of Access and Accountability
Rhonda has received her Master’s in School Psychology and her Master's in Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan. She is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and a Licensed Master Social Worker who has a passion for helping students with disabilities learn how to be the best they can be. She enjoys giving students the tools needed to be successful in college. Rhonda is able to provide some psychoeducational assessments if needed.
Rhonda currently lives in Canandaigua, NY, and attends Vine Valley United Methodist Church. She is happily married and has two adult sons.
Rebecca Sager
Learning Center Program Coordinator and Tutor Coordinator
Rebecca has worked with the Learning Center since 2020 and lives in Spencerport with her husband, three children, and dog. Rebecca loves to read, garden, bake, sew, and crochet. She serves the Lord and her community freely through her many talents. During the 2020 pandemic, she and her daughter sewed over 2000 masks for individuals and healthcare organizations in need.
Rebecca is a Roberts Wesleyan University alumna (Class of 2023) with a Bachelor of Social Work degree. She is also currently a part-time graduate student at Roberts in the Master of Social Work program with the goal of one day becoming a Licensed Master Social Worker and counselor.
Yoscaira Gomez
Learning Center Graduate Assistant
Yoscaira Gomez is a third-year doctoral student in the School and Clinical Psychology PsyD Program at Roberts Wesleyan University. Born and raised in New York City, Yoscaira earned her M.S. Ed in Teaching Urban Adolescents with Disabilities and worked as a Bilingual Special Education teacher in the NYC Department of Education. She witnessed a disproportionate number of youth with learning disabilities and mental health issues, which led her to create Urban Lotus, a company dedicated to developing holistic workshops and events focused on self-discovery, mental well-being, and life skills for youth and families in English and Spanish. Yoscaira enjoys dancing salsa, spending time with family and friends, and traveling. |
Jeanne Daningburg
Academic Learning Specialist: Writing Support
Jeanne has spent her teaching career helping students write for college success. She holds a Bachelor’s in English (RWU ‘85) and a Master’s in English/Writing (EKU ‘90). She taught writing at RWU for 11 years and at two community colleges.
Jeanne and her husband Todd (RWU ‘86) live in Ogden and enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and canoeing. Gardening and quilting fill Jeanne’s free time. She attends Pearce Church and serves on the worship and gardening teams.
