Share thisAlumni Spotlight: Proud Sailor Tradition in the Hardy Family
Petty Officer Ryan Hardy'18 was recently named 'Sailor of the Year' from the Naval Operations Support Center in Buffalo. He was assigned to Naval Reserve Assault Craft Unit 2 while a student at Roberts Wesleyan College. Ryan also served at the 58th Presidential inauguration.
Seaman Chad Hardy'15 graduated from Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, as an Honor Recruit. He will be continuing his training at the Naval Station Great Lakes in Lake County, IL. Great Lakes is the largest military installation in IL and the largest training station in the Navy.
The Hardy family, who are proud of their sailors, includes: siblings Erin'12 (not pictured), Sean'13 (not pictured), Alumni Mom Martha Richardson Hardy'83 and Dad Mark Hardy Campus Safety.
