From Strengths Assessment to Instagram: Career Development Provides Comprehensive Student Support
The Career Development team at Roberts Wesleyan University is launching a month-long initiative in November for National Career Development Month. Our goal is to boost student engagement through multiple channels such as:
- Instagram features showcasing peer internship experiences
- Virtual employer networking events via Handshake
- Free Clifton Strengths Assessments for first-time participants
- One-on-one Strengths Coaching sessions for those who have completed their assessments
Additionally, Career Development continues to expand its vocation-focused programming through a NetVUE grant, which supports the popular Vocation and Calling course. The course runs this semester and will be offered again in spring.
