“Moment of Paws”: Therapy Dogs Bring Stress Relief to Campus
On Thursday, Nov. 21, Roberts Wesleyan University welcomed Hudson the Therapy Dog and his handler, Brett Bouchard, along with Spencer the Goldendoodle and handler Susan Hoffman from RocDog.
The “Moment of Paws” wellness event was held in the Golisano Community Engagement Center, offering students a chance to interact with therapy dogs as a mental health and stress relief initiative. The event was a partnership between Roberts Wesleyan's Wellness Center, Alliance of Therapy Dogs, and RocDog.
