How to Make a Payment

QuikPAY

Roberts Wesleyan University utilizes QuikPAY as our billing servicer.

Students can access QuikPAY by doing the following:

  • Log in to Self Service
  • Select Finance Tab
  • Select Billing & payment

QuikPAY allows students to:

  1. View & Pay their bill
  2. Review previous statements
  3. Set up payment profiles
  4. Set up an Authorized Payer (this is a person that the student allows to have access to their Student Account)

Payment Plans

Roberts Wesleyan University partners with Nelnet Campus Commerce for payment plans.

Nelnet offers our students 5 or 10-month payment plans that you can set up by clicking here.

International Payments

Robert's Wesleyan University partnered with Flywire for international payments. Flywire offers a unique global payment network that enables seamless, secure transactions worldwide so you can pay your tuition anywhere with a better exchange rate than banks. Make your payment here.

Tax Information

The 1098-T will be available by the end of the day on January 31. Once available, you can access the 1098-T by logging into Self-Serve (formerly called R-Serve) at rserve.roberts.edu, clicking the 'Finances' tab, then clicking '1098-T' in the drop down. A copy of the 1098-T will also be emailed to your Roberts email address. Canadian T11s will be sent via USPS by March 30.

Non-permanent residents who desire a 1098-T must request a form via email: taxdocs@roberts.edu
