Dissertation Committee

The research and writing process is guided and evaluated by a dissertation committee. The chair of this committee and point person for the entire dissertation process is the faculty mentor. Other members of the three-person committee are the theological librarian and the vice president and dean. Although the whole committee will typically meet formally with the student only twice (at proposal defense and final defense), the members of this committee are available to assist and guide throughout the process.
