Student Accounts and Billing

Tuition payments are due upon receipt of student billing statement unless an approved optional payment plan is selected or arrangements have been made with student financial services.

Billing will be done on a per-semester basis approximately two weeks prior to the beginning of each semester.

Payment Procedures

Tuition payments can be made at the cashier’s window in the lower level of the Rinker Center at the Rochester campus or may be remitted to the address on the student bill. Checks should be made payable to Northeastern Seminary. Failure to make payments or payment arrangements on time may result in a late payment fee and/or a hold on registration for future semesters. All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
