The Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management is a degree completion program offered for experienced working adults from businesses and non-profits of any size who have a minimum of 60 transferable credits and who want to take the next step in their careers. Students can earn their degrees in as few as fifteen months, attending class one evening per week or online. The program prepares students for real-world business issues including team development, problem-solving, strategic planning, and project management.
