Organizational Management, B.S.

[Organizational Management—0515]

Since 1986, the B.S. in Organizational Management degree completion program has offered working adults a convenient format and clear path for reaching their educational goals.  Graduates have a solid grounding in management theory including systems, change management, finance, strategic planning, project management, and applied research for problem solving.  Equally important, students learn to lead by coaching, inspiring, supporting, and encouraging their teams.  They become effective communicators with both writing and presentation skills.  Students can earn their degrees in as few as fifteen months, attending class one evening per week or online.  The degree program continues to evolve to meet the changing needs of the students and the workplace.
