2021-22 Graduate & Non-Traditional Catalog

Admissions

General Requirements

Roberts Wesleyan College seeks those students whose personal lives are characterized by honesty, integrity, and devotion to high academic, moral, and ethical standards. Applicants must present credentials which demonstrate aptitude for the academic work they will pursue and which indicate they meet other criteria of character and conduct. Application information for the various programs may be accessed from the Roberts Wesleyan website. Meeting stated criteria does not guarantee admission to the program.

Readmission to the College

Students who have left the College for any reason must file a Change of Status/Readmission form if they want to return to the College. This form is available in the applicable Graduate or Adult Non-Traditional Department Office. Readmission is not automatic, but is based on the student's entire academic record, previous college involvements and achievements, and other life circumstances since leaving the College.

Upon receipt of the required paperwork, the Department Office will contact appropriate campus offices to confirm that the student is eligible to return in good standing. Registration confirms the student's academic eligibility and Student Financial Services confirms financial eligibility.

In cases where the student left involuntarily by action of the College, a review will determine whether appropriate activities, treatments, and/or personal growth has occurred to warrant another opportunity for the student to attend the College. There are some cases in which the Program Director may choose to meet with the student before making a final decision. In cases of denial, the student may appeal to the Dean.

Students who interrupt their program for more than one year must meet the degree requirements of the program (current catalog) at the time of return.
