2020-21 Graduate & Non-Traditional Catalog | Admissions

Graduate Transfer Policies

Graduate credit hours earned at another regionally accredited college or university may be considered for transfer toward an advanced degree at Roberts Wesleyan College if it forms an integral part of the degree program and is approved by the Department and The Office of Registration. The course being transferred in must carry a grade of B or better. Graduate programs may accept up to a maximum of 12 credit hours (see individual departments for maximum transfer credits allowed). The course(s) transferring in must have been taken within the last ten years (see individual programs for any exceptions).

Transfer of graduate credit from other colleges will not carry a grade. That is, the grade from another transcript will not be factored into the Roberts GPA.
