2020-21 Undergraduate Academic Catalog | Admissions

Accepting Offer of Admission/Deposits

Enrollment Deposit: A $150 enrollment deposit is the student’s declaration of an intention to enroll. This payment should be submitted to the Office of Admissions. The deposit guarantees a place in the entering class and allows the student to be registered for classes. This payment is credited to the student’s account and is applied toward the initial tuition payment. The enrollment deposit must be submitted on or before May 1 (non-refundable after May 1), the national candidates reply date. The Enrollment Deposit Form can be completed and the payment made online.

Housing: Students planning to live in residence halls are required to submit a $100 housing deposit by May 1 along with the Resident Status Application. Deposits and applications received after May 1 will be accommodated on a first come, first served basis. The housing deposit may be submitted online.  Commuters are not required to submit a housing deposit.

Health & Insurance Forms: All new students are required to submit the Health History Form and the Verification of Medical Insurance Form before the start of classes. Forms should be submitted to the Roberts Wesleyan College Health Center.  Health forms are available online.

Spring and Summer New Student Registration

New Student Registration is a required registration program for new freshmen and transfer students enrolling in the fall semester. These events are held in the spring and early summer. This key transitional event is the first opportunity for new students to receive their fall schedule, meet with faculty, and take care of other college business.

Orientation

New Student Orientation is held prior to the start of the fall and spring semesters. Attendance at Orientation is required and provides essential information assisting students with their transition to college life at Roberts Wesleyan College. Contact the Office of Admissions for specific details.
