Hi! I’m a graduate counseling intern at the Wellness Center. I’ve always been fascinated by how perceptions and life experiences impact an individual's well-being, particularly when viewed through a multicultural lens. I’m committed to creating a nurturing and supportive environment to help you explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors in a safe and comfortable setting. Whether you're grappling with major life transitions, coping with loss, or carrying the weight of current distress or past experiences, I’d love to assist you in navigating these challenges, and helping you to take the next step toward achieving an improved state of well-being.
