Clinical and non-clinical health care professionals can earn an M.S. in Health Administration in eighteen months, attending class one night a week. The curriculum is an innovative and contemporary blend of health administration and business course work and focuses on community-minded service leadership. At the end of the program, students have the opportunity to interact with local health care executives in a consultation activity designed to provide the health care organization with answers to questions, research data, opportunity exploration, or project development, creating a vibrant opportunity for students to apply their knowledge through service to the community and the health care organization. Admission Criteria:
- All applicants must be 25 or older.
- Students younger than 25 may apply if they can demonstrate significant work experience within healthcare industry; however, admittance into the program will require an interview with the Program Director.
- Two years work experience in a healthcare environment.
- Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited college, with a GPA of 2.75 or higher on a 4 point scale.
- Ideally applicants will possess undergraduate degrees in a business, clinical, IT, or healthcare related disciplines.
- Students with little or no healthcare experience may apply; however, admittance into the program will require an interview with the Program Director.
NOTE: We do not require applicants to submit GRE and GMAT test results for admittance into this program.
Transfer Credit is not accepted for this program.
