The B.S. in Organizational Management is a degree completion program offered in a convenient format so that working adults can attain their educational goals through coursework in management theory and systems, finance, organizational dynamics, statistics, organizational change, effective communication, and contemporary issues. Students can earn their degrees in as little as fifteen months, attending class one evening per week.
